At all: to emphasize something negative, for example, “I don’t like this cake at all.”
To be far from: to not be close to something
A 19 hour drive: it takes 19 hours to drive to her family’s house; you can use this
for other types of transportation, for example, “It’s a 5 hour flight to Tokyo.” “It’s
