Day 20: Yell

Lauren: While I was about to give him my sales team’s information for them to
return his call in the morning, that was when he started to yell at me. So, I didn’t
get a chance to explain to him that it’s 10 o’ clock at night.
Vanessa: Yeah.
Lauren: My sales team is probably at home asleep.

To return a call: someone calls you, you don’t pick up the phone, so you call them
back or return the call
To get a chance: to get an opportunity to do something
